Spicy Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup. gingerale
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup. sugar
  • 1-1/3 cup. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1-1/3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 cup. chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Mix Sugar, Gingerale and eggs.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Fold in carrots and walnuts.
  4. Pour mixture into a round cake pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes!
  5. Best served with cream cheese frosting!
