I actually made this recipe for use with my turbo cooker, but have converted it for baking in a conventional oven. It is a wonderful recipe!!! Ingredients:
1 c. gingerale |
3 eggs |
1 c. sugar |
1-1/3 c. flour |
1/4 tsp. salt |
1/3 tsp. baking powder |
1-1/3 tsp. cinnamon |
1/2 tsp. cloves |
1/2 tsp. allspice |
1/2 c. chopped walnuts |
2 c. grated carrots |
Directions:
1. Mix Sugar, Gingerale and eggs. 2. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and stir well. 3. Fold in carrots and walnuts. 4. Pour mixture into a round cake pan and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes! 5. Best served with cream cheese frosting! |
