Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw fish, if frozen.
  2. Place fish in greased baking dish.
  3. Arrange tomato& cucumber slices on top.
  4. Cook onion, green pepper& garlic in saucepan til onion is tender but not brown.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in parsley, lemon juice& marjoram and spoon over fish.
  7. Bake in preheated 375F oven about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
