Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, blend together the ricotta cheese & garlic
  2. Grind the walnuts
  3. Add the walnuts, herbs, cheese & salt to ricotta & stir to combine
  4. Bring a large kettle of water to a boil & cook the pasta until firm-tender
  5. At the same time cook the peas in a small amount of water or steam until tender
  6. Drain the pasta & peas & toss in serving bowl with enough herbed cheese to thoroughly coat
