Southwestern Sausage-Egg Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Gentley beat eggs.
  2. Add milk and continue beating.
  3. Fold in salt, black pepper,chilis, cheese and bread cubes.
  4. Add cooked sausage and mix well.
  5. Pour into 9 x 13 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking oil.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
  8. Serve with salsa.
