Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-oz) carton commercial sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh spinach, cleaned (about 3/4 lb)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with assorted raw vegetables.
