Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put carrots, baby corn, onion, and pine nuts in the food processor and chop.
  2. Put all ingredients except chicken broth in the crock pot.
  3. Add 6 cups of the chicken broth.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. Turn down to low for another 2 hours and add the remaining 2 cups of chicken broth (if you like it thick or thinner adjust the broth to your preference).
