Solar Cooked Roasted Tomatoes & Onions Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place tomatoes and onions in a solar cooking pan or pot. Season with salt & pepper.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil. Toss ingredients together.
  3. Place pan in solar cooker. Solar cook until tomatoes and onions are roasted (about 3 hours).
  4. Combine tomatoes and onions with pasta.
  5. Add parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
  6. Toss all ingredients together. Serve.
