Snow On The Mountain Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim bases off lettuce.
  2. Separate leaves and rinse; pat dry.
  3. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic salt and pepper.
  4. Stack the lettuce leaves on a cutting board and cut crosswise into small pieces, enough to measure 9 cups.
  5. Transfer to a large salad bowl.
  6. Pour the seasoned mayonnaise over the lettuce and toss well; set aside.
  7. Wash and trim cauliflower.
  8. Cut the cauliflower head in half.
  9. Grate half the cauliflower.
  10. Mix the grated cauliflower with the bacon, blue cheese and chopped green onion tops.
  11. Sprinkle over the top of the salad.
