  1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until just tender. It should be firm to the bite but not crunchy. Do not overcook. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly again. Allow the pasta to cool.
  2. Whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, chili oil, sugar and balsamic vinegar in large bowl. Mix in the cooled pasta until well coated, and then mix in the sesame seeds. Let soak in the sauce for at least 6 hours. For best results, let soak for 24 hours. Drain. Toss in fresh veggies or chicken, beef or shrimp for a complete meal.
