Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Simmer the water in your poaching pan.
  2. Put 1 egg into each WELL GREASED cup.
  3. Put a few drops liquid smoke and a dash of garlic salt on top of each egg.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Poach to desired doneness.
  6. Serve with toast or corned beef hash, or both!
