These eggs are simple and scrumptous. lol), and I refuse to eat poached eggs any other way now. Ingredients:
6 eggs |
liquid smoke |
garlic salt |
fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. simmer the water in your poaching pan. 2. put 1 egg into each WELL GREASED cup. 3. put a few drops liquid smoke and a dash of garlic salt on top of each egg. 4. Add pepper to taste. 5. Poach to desired doneness. 6. Serve with toast or corned beef hash, or both! |
