Directions:

  1. Carefully separate slices of salmon;
  2. Place individually on work surface.
  3. Spread slices with thin layer of cream cheese
  4. Cut salmon into 20 slices about 3x1 each (because salmon slices
  5. Are irregular shaped, some strips may need to be cut in one direction
  6. & some in another)
  7. Top each strip with dill.
  8. Place 1 sugar snap pea crosswise on each strip; roll up
  9. Place salmon wraps on bed of CUCUMBER RIBBIONS
  10. Make ribions using a sharp vegetable peeler lengthwise on
  11. Washed cucumbers
