Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place rinsed chicken in slow cooker, cavity side up.
  2. Add rosemary, garlic, butter and stock/water to pot.
  3. Place lemon halves on top of chicken.
  4. Cover slow cooker.
  5. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
  6. Reduce heat to LOW and allow to cook for 7 additional hours.
