Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs red potatoes , scrubbed and quartered
  • 2 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 env dry ranch salad dressing mix

Directions:

  1. In mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, soup and dressing mix.
  2. Stir in potatoes, mix well.
  3. Transfer to crock-pot.
  4. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours or till tender
