Skillet Herbed Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Heat oil and saute garlic along with the oregano.
  2. Stir in cabbage and water mixing well.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
