  1. Cook bacon until crispy, crumble and set aside.
  2. In large skillet, saute onion, bell pepper, and garlic in butter until tender.
  3. Stir in corn and lower heat to medium.
  4. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking.
  5. Stir in spices,cover, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on low/med. heat.
