Ingredients:

  1. In a 6-qt. saucepan over medium-high heat, brown ground beef, stirring, about 10 minutes. Drain beef in a colander, and return to pan.
  2. Over medium heat, add garlic, salt to taste, and cook until garlic is soft and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add canned chili without beans, diced tomatoes with juices and bring to a simmer and cook, 5 minutes. Add Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened, about 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Optional: If desired, serve over corn chips .
