Simple Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp cloves
  • 2 cups oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 (16 oz) cans pumpkin
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl.
  2. Mix all other ingredients except for nuts then add to dry ingredients.
  3. Stir and add nuts.
  4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour.
  5. Can be frozen untill ready to eat.
