This was given to me 3 years ago. Very simple to make Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour |
3 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons nutmeg |
2 teaspoons cloves |
2 cups oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 (16 ounce) cans pumpkin |
4 eggs |
2/3 cup milk |
1/2 cup nuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in 1 bowl. 2. Mix all other ingredients except for nuts then add to dry ingredients. 3. Stir and add nuts. 4. Bake at 325 for 1 hour. 5. Can be frozen untill ready to eat. |
