Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long- grain rice
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
  2. When it turns milky, cover, turn to low and cook for 20 minutes.
