71 spinach dip using Recipes

fresh spinach , torn into small pieces (can use baby spinach if you prefer), fresh parsley, dried basil, garlic cloves, onion, chopped, low-fat mayonnaise (miracle whip is tangier, so use whatever you prefer), plain low-fat yogurt, low-fat parmesan cheese (the shaker kind)

frozen spinach, drained & blotted dry, cream cheese, softened, sour cream, mayonnaise (i use miracle whip), green onion, chopped, parsley, lemon juice, seasoning salt, garlic powder (i use garlic salt), onion powder (i use onion salt), dill, crusty bread

mayonnaise, sour cream (for both of these ingredients i use low fat, it is really a personal choice), water chestnuts, vegetable soup mix (i use knorr), thawed and squeezed dry spinach
