Savory Pork Chops With Caramelized Onions

  1. Sprinkle pork chops evenly with Cajun seasoning and pepper.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high heat (350°F to 400°F) 8 minutes on each side. Serve with Caramelized Onions.
  3. CARAMELIZED ONIONS:.
  4. Cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
