Savory Beef And Mushroom Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Line a 9 inch glass pie plate with one crust
  3. In a 12 inch skillet, cook ground beef, mushrooms, onion and flour over medium heat 10 - 12 minutes, stirring frequently, until beef is cooked through and liquid has evaporated
  4. Stir in soup mix, half and half and cream cheese
  5. Cook, stirring constantly until cheese has melted and mixture is hot
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Swiss cheese
  7. Pour into pie crust lined pie plate
  8. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute; cut slit in several places in top crust
  9. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is golden
  10. Let stand 10 minutes before serving
  11. Cut into wedges and serve
