Sauteed Zucchini And Tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 small zucchini , halved lenghtwise,then sliced into half-moons
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, saute zucchini and tomatoes in hot oil and butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add parmesan basil, and pepper.
  3. Stir to coat well.
  4. Serve hot.
