Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400 F. Spray 9-in glass pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In 10-in skillet, cook sausage, bell pepper, and onion over med heat 8-10 min, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink. Drain. Mix sausage mix., potatoes, and 1/2 c cheese. Spread in pie plate.
  3. In med. bowl, stir bisquick, milk, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  4. Bake 30-35 min. or until knife in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c cheese; bake until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min before serving.
