Rocket and Chilli Linguine

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil and cook linguine until al dente.
  2. Heat the oil and add the chile, garlic and lemon zest.
  3. Cook for one minute on a moderate heat.
  4. Add lemon juice and basil allowing it to wilt.
  5. Stir in pasta and season if required.
