Red Onion Marmalade

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Have frypan on lowest heat.
  2. Add olive oil and butter, don't stir.
  3. All onions in at once nicely.
  4. After 10 minutes pour over the balsmic vinegar and brown sugar, don't stir you can shake.
  5. After 5-10 minutes, get tongs, turn everything over.
  6. Can put lid on, leave about 45 minutes-1 hour.
  7. Cool.
  8. Then transfer to bowl.
  9. Serve or keeps well in the fridge.
