Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 rings of red onion
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1 bottle raspberry syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp poppy seeds

Directions:

  1. Put vinegar sugar salt mustard and onion into food processor with blade attachment
  2. Blend until onion is finely chopped and everything is well combined. Drizzle in oil slowly.
  3. Add raspberry syrup
  4. Serve well chilled over your favorite salad. Especially tasty with grilled chicken on your salad
