Quick & Easy Chicken Parmesan

Directions:

  1. Cut chicken into halves
  2. Flatten chicken halves between your palms and set aside.
  3. In a small bow, beat the egg.
  4. Heat pan to medium heat after spraying with cooking spray to ensure the chicken doesn't stick. Butter/margarine will also work.
  5. Dip flatten chicken halves into beaten egg and then into the bread crumbs, coating entirely. Do this for each halve.
  6. Put halves into the heat pan and brown lightly. 5-6 minutes
  7. After chicken has browned pour spaghetti sauceover chicken.
  8. Cover and let cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Add cheese, cook for 5 minutes.
  10. Any seasonings can be added as well for flavor.
