Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients for the cake. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and then frost.
