This is the best pumpkin cake I've ever eaten. I think I made myself sick eating so much last night at a dinner party. Ingredients:
2 cups wheat flour |
4 eggs |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 cups pumpkin |
1/2 cup butter |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
8 ounces cream cheese |
2 cups powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients for the cake. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool and then frost. |
