Ingredients:

  • 40 oz large can yams
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 0.5 (10 oz) bag miniature marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Drain yams.
  2. Place in ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix togehter brown sugar, flour, and butter. Sprinkle on top of yams.
  4. Top with marshmellows.
  5. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
