Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter in 9X13 pan and swirl.
  3. Distribute potatoes evenly.
  4. Top evenly with swiss and cheddar cheeses.
  5. Mix egg-beaters, milk, pepper and season salt.
  6. Pour over eggs and cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
