Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Drain, put back in pot and cook on med to dissolve any remaining water.
  3. Once cooled, put potatoes into a large bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  4. After well-blended chill for at least an hour before serving.
