Pork Sauteed With Zucchini

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in frying pan over high heat.
  2. Add vegetables, apples, and garlic, season with salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Turn vegetable over and continue cooking for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Remove vegetables and apples from pan and set aside.
  5. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil in pan over medium heat.
  6. Add meat and cook for 2 minutes on each side, add salt and pepper if needed.
  7. Return vegetables and apples to pan with pork.
  8. Add parsley, and pinch of paprika.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes.
  10. Great served with boiled new potatoes.
