Pork Roast with Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder, oregano and fennel seeds.
  2. Rub spice mixture over roast.
  3. Place sweet potatoes in 5 to 6 quart slow cooker.
  4. Place meat over sweet potatoes.
  5. Pour chicken broth over roast.
  6. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours.
  7. Remove roast to heated platter in oven.
  8. Mash potatoes in slow cooker. Place in heated bowl in oven.
  9. Cut meat into slices. Serve with vegetables.
