Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs sirloin or 2 lbs round steaks , cut across the grain into thin slices
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp liquid gravy browner
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Place steak strips in slow cooker.
  2. Mix remaining 10 ingredients in small bowl.
  3. Pour over strips.
  4. Stir.
  5. Cover.
  6. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
