Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine the Rice Wine Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Coconut Milk, Honey, Mustard, Five Spice and Ginger in a medium bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. Toss with the Cabbage, Onion, Carrot, Pineapple and Cilantro until well coated.
  3. Let sit for at least 30 minutes in your fridge.
  4. You can serve this as a side dish to Grilled Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, or with whatever you feel is appropriate.
