Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Toss shrimp with 1 tsp salt.
  2. Combine garlic, ginger, red pepper, onions and 2 1/2 T oil.
  3. Pour over shrimp and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. When ready to prepare shrimp, get a small bowl and mix together Worchestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, tomato paste, water, wine, sugar and cornstarch.
  6. Remove shrimp from marinade.
  7. Heat 1 1/2 T oil in a heavy skillet.
  8. Add cooking sauce.
  9. When bubbly, add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.
  10. Serve in the shells.
