Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. mix water, orange juice and sugar in large sauce pan and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. While mixture is heating peel and core pear. Dice into cubes.
  3. 3. Once liquid is boiling, add cranberries, pears, orange zest. honey, ginger and cinnamon.
  4. 4. Bring to a second boil
  5. 5. Reduce heat and simmer partially covered, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes until berries start to pop.
  6. 6. Transfer mixture to heat proof bowl and allow to cool to room temperature. Sauce will thicken as it cools
  7. 7. Once room temperature cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
