Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. jelly
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup. heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs and cream together.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Dip bread slices in egg mixture, coating well.
  4. Place in skillet and brown both sides.
  5. Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread.
  6. Spread jelly on the other two slices of bread.
  7. Put one slice of each together to form sandwiches.
  8. Serving size: 1 sandwich
