Directions:

  1. Cook pasta in lightly salted boiling water according to the package directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peas, pork cutlets, radicchio, chicken broth, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper, and the pasta. Cook until the liquid is absorbed and the meat andvegetables are heated through, about 5 minutes. Toss with lemon juice and more salt to taste. Top with fresh basil.
