Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 or 20 oz. ) can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small cans mandarin oranges
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 large container cool whip

Directions:

  1. Cook & drain 1/2 box acini de pepe.
  2. Rinse with cool water
  3. Drain crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges
  4. Save juice.
  5. Combine juice with sugar, 2 beaten eggs, flour and salt.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir until thick.
  8. Add cooked pasta and chill over-night.
  9. Next day, add drained fruit and Cool Whip to pasta mixture and mix.
