Directions:

  1. Preheat ove to 450.
  2. Line cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Toss potatoes with oil. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
  4. Add to potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Spread over cookie sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake 25 minutes until lightly browned.
