Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients except mandarin oranges (first 7) in a parchment-paper lined loaf pan.
  2. Bake in a preheated 425* oven for about 30-40 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.
  3. Scatter mandarin orange segments overtop and bake for about 5 minutes longer until heated though.
  4. Enjoy!
