Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim stems off asparagus.
  2. Steam asparagus to tender-crisp (about 5 minutes) -I use a steaming basket in a pan with the lid on.
  3. Drain water and place asparagus back in pan.
  4. Place butter, orange juice and zest in pan with asparagus.
  5. Allow butter to melt and coat asparagus with butter mixture.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
