Ingredients:

  • 5 -8 onions
  • 1 beef bouillon cube , per onion plus 2
  • 1 cup water , for every onion used
  • 4 -5 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Slice Onions into thin rings.
  2. Saute Onion in Butter until they are clear.
  3. Add water and bouillon.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Turn down heat, simmer for 1 hour.
