Olga's Fast and Easy Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 tbsp mustard

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until softened.
  2. Separately boil eggs for 20 minutes.
  3. Allow potatoes and eggs to cool.
  4. Peel the potatoes and eggs.
  5. Cut them in small squares and place them in large bowl.
  6. Combine with mayonnaise and mustard. Mix well.
