Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350*F.
  2. In large mixer bowl combine all ingredients, except preserves.
  3. Beat at low speed scraping bowl often, until well mixed.
  4. Reserve 1 1/2 cup mixture and set aside.
  5. Press remaining mixture into greased 8 in square baking pan.
  6. Spread preserves to within 1/2 in from edge.
  7. Crumble reserved 1 1/2 cup mixture over preserves.
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely, cut into bars.
